You will be instrumental in scaling our AI applications, driving customer success, and maximizing manufacturing productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the deployment and operation of state-of-the-art AI applications in collaboration with customers’ IT and automation teams.
  • Partner with sales, engineering, and program management to deliver AI solutions seamlessly to customer fabs.
  • Translate customer needs into actionable technical requirements for our AI solutions within the semiconductor manufacturing process.
  • Provide ongoing technical support and training to customers, ensuring they maximize the value of our AI applications.
  • Engage with customers throughout the product lifecycle, driving adoption and renewals.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on customer success metrics.
  • Work closely with product teams to translate customer feedback into insights for future AI application iterations.
  • Domestic travel to customer sites, up to 40% of working hours.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise software or the industrial AI industry.
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle, deployment, and operation (DevOps/MLOps).
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
  • Proven ability to manage and exceed customer expectations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer orientation with a drive to build intimacy with users and their organizations’ needs.
  • Adept at navigating the intersection of business and technical domains in software projects, providing leadership in both areas.
  • Exceptional presentation and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail in English and Korean.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.).
  • Experience in the semiconductor industry is a strong plus.
