Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Artificial Intelligence Developer to join our team. As an AI Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI models and applications for Joint Staff and Department of Defense (DoD) applications. You will leverage your expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing to tackle complex challenges and contribute to cutting-edge projects.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Develop and implement machine learning algorithms and neural networks using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other relevant technologies.
• Design and optimize AI models for specific applications within the defense sector.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define problem statements and develop solutions using AI and NLP techniques.
• Research and implement state-of-the-art AI algorithms and techniques to enhance model performance.
• Utilize creativity to craft effective prompts and queries for language models.
• Stay updated with advancements in AI and machine learning fields and integrate new technologies into existing systems.

REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data engineering, database management, or a related field.
• Strong programming skills in Python, with proficiency in TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
• Experience in developing and deploying neural networks and deep learning models.
• Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) concepts and frameworks.
• Ability to define problem statements clearly and develop detailed queries for language models.
• AI and NLP Knowledge: Deep understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and natural language processing. Familiarity with language model architectures and functionalities.
• Problem Definition: Ability to clearly define problem statements and formulate specific queries for language models.
• Strong creative thinking skills to develop conversational abilities and innovative solutions.
• Experience in applying AI techniques to defense-related projects or domains.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Knowledge of security and compliance requirements within the defense sector.
• Domain Expertise: Willingness and capability to learn about writing styles and domains relevant to Joint Staff and DoD applications.
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques.

• Must have active TS/SCI at the time of hire and before onboarding

Salary Range:

$70,500.00 - $123,400.00
