Job Description

The missions and Coaching team in Mindtickle is dedicated to providing our customers a sales readiness platform by developing comprehensive training programs, creating engaging and interactive learning experiences, and providing personalized coaching to sales representatives.

We are seeking a talented full-stack developer to join our dynamic team. You will work directly with our engineering teams to develop Gen AI-based features. This is an opportunity to join a fast-paced, innovative company and strongly impact new product development and user experience. The candidate will be responsible for designing, building, maintaining, and scaling features powering the customers of Mindtickle to provide sales training and coaching to their sales representatives.

We’d love to hear from you if you:

• Have B. Tech / BS / BE / M Tech / MS / ME in Computer Science or equivalent from accredited institutions.
• Possess 3-5 years of strong experience in software development.
• Deep proficiency in GoLang, Node JS, React, and other JS frameworks.
• Have substantial working experience with AWS and its services.
• Having experience with Docker and Kubernetes would be a plus.
• Being familiar with ChatGPT and OpenAI would be advantageous.
• Have exceptional backend and front-end development skills.
• Are familiar with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB etc.)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Have the ability to quickly learn new technologies and function effectively within a team environment.
