Job Description

You will lead a large team for Apple. You will oversee policies and procedures and quality audits. You will collaborate with cross functional partners in the development of tools and reports to analyse and run the business, including workflow optimisations, workforce management, and volume predictions. You’ll report on status, achievements and goals to partners and leadership. You will mentor and inspire your teams to deliver innovative ideas, strong performance, and high quality results.

You’ll determine staffing requirements, participate in interviewing, hiring and on boarding of new team members. You will be responsible for overall team performance while developing leaders and achieving quality results. You’ll use your analytical mentality, driving quality and performance to achieve organizational goals.

Minimum Qualifications

• Extensive senior leadership experience leading all aspects of a large organisation in Operations or related field
• Fully fluent in English both written & spoken
• Experience leading teams that are part of a global organisation
• Strong quantitative and decision-making skills with ability to synthesise and distil large amounts of data into action plans
• Proven success providing vision and strategy while leading and developing high-performance teams in a dynamic, global organisation
• Consistent track record of operational results
• Makes good decisions based upon mixture of analysis, wisdom, experience, judgement and input from team
• Deep knowledge of data reporting and excellent analytical skills
• Strong communication skills, ability to clearly and concisely motivate frontline employees, managers and senior leaders
• Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, meticulous attention to detail and dedication to quality
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, written and verbal, to all levels of an organisation
• Innate capability to, directly and indirectly, lead large teams for success
