Job Description

We’re looking for someone who can use data to craft strategy and solutions to join our team. You’ll analyze internal and external data to help identify and quantify the potential of new products, forecast sales, and provide decision support through the life of the product. You will be working with multiple partners and balancing their needs to craft the direction of our new offerings and enable the product team to bring the best new products to market.

• Aggregate, clean, study and present data for key or specialised analytics projects.
• Identify data trends and insights to solve significant, immediate business problems.
• Deciphering performance across a variety of metrics, KPIs, Segmentation etc. to uncover new opportunities for improving user experience.
• Collaborate directly with internal and external clients to meet analytics demands.
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks, tools, and processes for various data requests.
• Drive innovation and deliver transformative solutions
• Build relationship with business partners and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time

You’ll need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or another technical field or four or more years of work experience
• Six or more years of relevant work experience
• Experience in data lifecycle management and ability to identify ways to improve data reliability, efficiency and quality by various data solution techniques.
• Experience in ETL processes and tools.
• Experience with SQL to extract and manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets from BigQuery/Teradata/Hadoop.
• Experience in solving complex problems using statistics, machine learning and AI tools & techniques.
• Strong data analytics, reporting, dashboard creation, insight / story telling skills
• Experience in leveraging digital tools such as Tableau, Qlik, Looker, ThoughtSpot, Alteryx and Python.
• Strong project management, coordination and facilitation.
• Experience in identifying ways to improve data reliability, efficiency and quality by various data solution techniques.
• Building, automating, and monitoring data warehouse processes via SQL queries which qualify customers for these strategies.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• Master’s degree or PhD in Math, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
• Experience in tools such as BigQuery, Teradata, Qlik, Tableau, Looker and Python
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work, problem solve, and lead independently.
• Ability and interest in solving problems that were never faced before or with no prior examples to reference for guidance.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously through multitasking, prioritization, and negotiating expectations.

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and a minimum eight assigned office days per month that will be set by your manager.
