Our focus is to ensure the integrity of our marketplace for buyers and sellers who transact with us every single day. The scope of our charter includes Risk Management Strategy, Product, Policy, Compliance, Decision Sciences, and Policy Operations.
We are looking for the Senior Product Manager of Seller Risk to help lead our strategies and efforts to improve the overall health and security of the marketplace. You will provide product leadership for product initiatives, focusing on enabling both internal and external capabilities to combat fraud, while balancing the need for accelerated growth of our products and services. As a part of the risk product team, you will be tasked with driving all aspects of preventive risk strategies, as well as day to day management of existing ongoing optimizations. This role is a balance of establishing strategy as well as handling day-to-day responsibilities including managing communications with partners across business, operations, analytics, technology and product organizations to maximize objectives of combating fraud while crafting a streamlined transaction experience for buyer and sellers on Ebay’s marketplace.

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment in California, Washington, or New York is expected in the range below.
$135,200 - $205,700
Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
