Job Description

A Senior Gen AI Technology Engineer in Microsoft 365 AI/ML platforms, plays a cross functional leadership role in ensuring the stability, integrity, and smooth operation of information technology systems that support CG’s business functions. Configures and maintains all M365 platform Copilot capabilities including Copilot M365, Copilot Web, Copilot Fabric, Copilot Studio, and others. They are a point of escalation for complex and difficult integration issues and applying expert level technical and analytical abilities to identify, communicate, and resolve complex issues to minimize impact on critical business functions and maximize the benefit of IT systems investments. They also provide guidance and mentoring to less senior engineers. Substantial Microsoft platform knowledge is a fundamental requirement for this role.

I am the person Capital Group is looking for.

• You have at least 10 years of Microsoft infrastructure engineering experience, being part of a team responsible for SharePoint, Exchange, Teams, and other Microsoft 365 offerings.
• You have experience integrating applications within Microsoft Teams
• You have experience utilizing Microsoft Graph and/or Microsoft Fabric
• You have experience with authentication and directory services in support of integration across platforms
• You preferably have experience with AI/ML capabilities, specifically with Copilot M365, Copilot Studio, and Copilot Web.
• You stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in Microsoft 365 and AI/ML.
• You can deal with ambiguity, manage complexity, and drive for results; ultimately, taking end-to-end ownership of the outcome.
• You can mentor, coach, and partner with other engineers
• You maintain ultimate levels of trust and integrity with administrative roles and execution.
• You exercise sound judgement in the configuration and advancement of the Microsoft 365 platform.
• You apply best practices for security, performance, and reliability.
• You troubleshoot and resolve issues with the Microsoft 365 infrastructure and applications.

Southern California Base Salary Range: $148,045-$236,872
