About the Team and Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to help lead our recruiting efforts across our global Engineering and Product teams, specifically in the dynamic and rapidly evolving fields of AI and machine learning! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical recruiting with specific experience in sourcing, attracting, and closing top-tier talent for Quora and Poe. This role demands a proactive and results-driven professional capable of working autonomously to not only fill current openings but also to collaborate with product development leaders to forecast future needs and build a robust talent pipeline.
This is a 6-month remote contract position that can be performed from multiple countries.
