Job Description

As a valued leader on our team, you will manage staff who are designing and developing information technology (IT) infrastructure environments, including coding, testing, and certifying technology platforms, software, and applications.

The Cloud Infrastructure - Technology Engineering - Manager role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

  • Manage the development of solutions for application design and IT infrastructure components.
  • Mentor team members to enhance their understanding of the end-to-end performance of IT platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
  • Ensure regular and effective monitoring of performance and capacity metrics for technology solutions.

Qualifications

THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

Required Skills:

  • ?6+ Years Experience.
  • Technical Expertise in AWS Technologies
  • Ability to scale and coach multiple teams in parallel on their Cloud migration and adoption journeys
  • Ability to assist with Digital Transformation initiatives
  • Demonstrated understanding of data integration and ability to translate business requirements into technology requirements
  • Experience managing Platform Engineering / Operations teams
  • Strong ability to mentor/coach team members as well as experience in influencing senior leadership
  • Experience as a Technical Coach to provide technical guidance in designing and architecting critical software platforms
  • Strong problem solving, analytical and stakeholder management skills . Ability to communicate effectively in both technical and non-technical environment.
  • Influencing including negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflict
  • Excellent collaboration & communication skills

Desired Skills:

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • Adept at managing project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completion
  • Experience gathering accurate information to explain concepts and answer critical questions
  • Operational Excellence including improving and overseeing operations

  • Relationship Management including managing and engaging stakeholders, customers, and vendors, building relationship networks, contracting, etc.
