Job Description

Providing over a million predictions per day in real time, the AI ​​team plays a crucial role in Lifen's products and development.

Our historic product facilitates the sending and integration of medical documents from more than 900 establishments in France. Thanks to our AI, these administrative tasks are automated and doubly secure.

Lifen is now investing in a new offering for medical research, Lifen Cohort, which leverages our expertise in medical document processing and Lifen's reach (60% of healthcare establishments in France have adopted Lifen solutions).

The objective is to structure unstructured medical reports, thanks to LLMs. The product enables a strong change in the quality and speed of medical research, and therefore in the improvement of our health.

Your missions

As a full member of the AI ​​team, you will benefit from technical support from an experienced team.

Your missions will consist of:

• Work on the fundamentals of the AI ​​team by improving or developing new models;
• Contribute to the code that allows the integration of models into our products, and their production;
• Immerse yourself in generative AI to influence our roadmap;
• Using LLMs (GPT, Mistral) and more traditional models (NER, LSTM), you will gain practical experience in NLP applied to large volumes of data in production.

The profile we are looking for

• You are in your final year of engineering school or a Master's degree specializing in Machine Learning
• You are comfortable with Python and development tools
• You master ML libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, HuggingFace)
• For you, ML is not limited to experiments in a Jupyter Notebook, but consists of creating fully operational models integrated into products in production.
