Job Description

Once you have completed the program, we will work with you and leaders throughout the organization to place you on a specific team where you can immediately apply what you learned throughout the program, while continuously learning and growing your career with us.

What skills and experience you bring

• Must have a Bachelor's, Master's, PhD degree in statistics, computer science, operational research, engineering or related field or successful completion of a data science bootcamp
• Good understanding in machine learning and advanced analytics (e.g. regression, deep learning, causal inference, mathematical optimization)
• Experience with Python, Spark, and SQL
• Graduation/completion date no later than May 2024
• Excellent communication skills and eagerness to learn
• Enjoys working in a fast paced environment with high collaboration
• Availability to be onsite for the duration of the program Monday-Friday in our Fort Worth office
• Availability to work Full Time after the training program
