About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to lead further development of the core ClosedLoop product. This requires partnering closely with our product team members to bring new features and functionality to our customers at a rapid pace while also balancing the needs to keep quality high. You’ll report to the VP of Engineering and work closely with the rest of our engineering team. Job Responsibilities

• As the Front End leader on the engineering team, you will be a key decision maker on how we build world class consumer experiences
• Partner closely with Engineering and Product leadership on technical and product roadmap over a multi-year horizon
• Drive deliverables with ownership of identifying risks, mitigating them, and providing suggestions for alternative routes when appropriate
• Set the standard for how the engineering team will build and structure front end coding and design patterns through documentation, training, and code reviews.
• Pitch hit in the backend and other areas as needed.
• Investigate potential errors and alerts in our platform and address outages in a timely manner to support SLA requirements

Qualifications and Skills

• 4+ years development experience in React
• 2+ years development experience in React Native
• Experience taking a design from mockup to polished delivered product multiple times
• Experience working and iterating with Product and Design teams
• Experience in building and maintaining front end design systems.
• Experience building and maintaining a robust CI/CD system, focused on front end automation and cross browser/device testing
• Team player with a focus on making the whole group better

Bonus Qualifications

• Hands on visual design experience
• Prior experience in healthcare or working with healthcare data.
• Experience building backend services in Python (FastAPI/Flask/etc)
• Machine learning or data science experience
