We are looking for a highly skilled developer with a passion for technology to join our development team. As Lead AI Developer, you will work with modern technologies including Java and Python, event-driven architecture, and observability tools to ensure our system is highly observable and easy to debug.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficiency in multiple languages ​​such as Java and Python, with strong ability to adapt to new languages ​​as needed;

• Advanced English (will work with international teams);
• Understanding of software architecture patterns, including microservices and monolithic architectures;

• Mastery of industry standard frameworks and libraries for efficient development, such as Spring MVC;

• Experience working with various database systems, including SQL and in-memory databases;

• Proficiency in using Git for version control and collaboration with development teams;

• Strong command of software testing methodologies, automated testing and quality assurance practices;

• Experience working in Agile environments with a focus on iterative development and customer collaboration;

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, including communication and teamwork.
