We are looking for a Data Analytics Manager to work with our Podcasts, Creator Payouts, and Ads Revenue data team. Your mission will be to support the data operations for enterprise and individual podcast creator calculations, perform analytics over advertising revenue, and manage a team to provide insights to both internal and external stakeholders within Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), and the broader Finance organization.

The United States base range for this position is $140,096-$200,137 plus equity. The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, monthly meal allowance, 23 paid days off, 13 paid flexible holidays, paid sick leave. These ranges may be modified in the future.
