Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Business Development Representative (BDR) Intern to join our team. As a BDR Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our sales and marketing efforts by generating leads, qualifying prospects, and assisting in various outreach activities. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in the fast-growing field of Document AI technology.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound prospecting to generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
• Qualify leads through strategic outreach via email, phone calls, and social media channels.
• Assist in creating and optimizing email campaigns to engage prospects and nurture leads.
• Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments and demos with qualified prospects.
• Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and sales activities in CRM software.
• Research industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth.
• Support marketing initiatives by assisting in content creation and distribution efforts.
• Provide regular updates and reports on lead generation activities and outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (in progress or completed).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage prospects effectively.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for learning and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot).
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Should be able to do WFO 3 days a week
