We are looking for our next Risk Analyst

to be part of the Risk team. We hope you can collaborate in the analysis of our daily operations and projects that improve our risk engines.

We are looking for proactive applicants, attentive to detail, lovers of innovation and making processes more efficient.

You will have the opportunity to…

Support in the analysis of clients seeking financing, processing and analyzing various points of information with the aim of making financial support decisions for these clients.

Risk analysis of certain operations and their approvals

Lead projects that impact the growth of Xepelin

Work collaboratively with the origination (commercial), collection (collections) and data science areas

Support to the area leader in the execution and monitoring of initiatives, seeking continuous improvements in tools that streamline the analysis and monitoring of our portfolio.

What will make you successful?

(Requirements)

Be a Commercial Engineer, Information and Management Control Engineer or related degree

2 years of experience preferred

Passion for Xepelin and the problem we solve

Don't be afraid to make decisions and lead projects

Proactive, very detailed and responsible work

What will catch our attention...

Basic programming knowledge

Medium/Advanced English

Desire to learn or use BI, SQL, Data Studio or other tools

Ability to think big and develop initiatives with real and measurable impact, always looking for product improvements and automations

That you like collaboration as the axis of your daily work

You are comfortable questioning the status-quo of financial services, adapting quickly to changes
