This role requires to work during EMEA working hours (1:30pm-10:30pm IST).

Responsibilities

We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our growing team. In this role, you will be involved in building innovative AI solutions addressing real-world business use cases.

In this role, you will also be responsible to:

Build Workato-based GenAI solutions - this includes:

• Integrate new AI services, models into AI solutions.

• Integrate Workato AI solutions with 3rd party applications and systems.

• Develop AI prompts.

• Build AI agents for domain-specific use cases.

• Build demos and showcases for Workato AI solutions.

• Position Workato AI solutions to customers and partners.

• Author and maintain internal knowledge base and documentation.

Requirements

Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills

• BS/MS Degree in Computer Science, Computer engineering, Information systems or equivalent.

• 10+ years of experience as an Architect, Engineer or similar.

• Ability to think creatively and conceptually about business processes and their potential automation.

• Experience in SaaS development environment and cloud technologies.

• Experience in using AI technologies (GenAI, ML).

• Experience in designing solution architectures.

• Ability to explain complex ideas in simple, understandable terms.

• Scripting and coding knowledge is required.

• Ruby, Python, or Java programming experience is a plus.

• Good understanding of network protocols.

• Unparalleled troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
