Job Description

What we expect

• As a global AI (Artificial Intelligence) product manager (m/f/diverse), you will identify latest global trends in AI and align them with TKE business needs
• You will develop a comprehensive global product strategy for AI, incorporating demand from business units as well as value analysis, and guide with strategic direction for the design, development and implementation of AI models into operational workflows
• You will oversee the existing AI products portfolio and coordinate development of new differentiated AI solutions addressing market requirements and customer pain points
• You will collaborate with cross-functional IT Teams and external partners to ensure successful deployment and ongoing enhancement of AI products
• You will advocate global regulations and standards related to AI, ensuring product compliance with enterprise architecture, legal, security and data protection requirements
• You will define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success and impact of AI products and identify opportunities for further innovation
• You will support in managing the AI related governance processes to ensure visibility and steering over the global AI portfolio

Who we are looking for

• Degree in business administration, computer science or equal business experiences
• Several years of experience in product management, preferably global in nature
• Experience in applying design-thinking and user experience design
• Consulting experience or mindset with the ability to effectively collaborate with business and IT partners and to foster strong relationships with them to aid successful product delivery
• Strong presentation skills and confidence in dealing with executives
• A proactive, flexible and independent working style, requiring limited guidance and with the ability to perform tasks to a high degree of accuracy You have a dynamic personality and you are confident in ambiguous situations
• You are a team player with a proactive, collaborative and pragmatic style, using strong analytical and strategic skills
• You are experienced in managing stakeholders in a multi-cultural global environment, previously worked in matrix function is beneficial
• Fluency in English (written and spoken; Minimum level: B2)
• Willingness to travel
