Job Description

The Role

As an Analytics and Performance Officer, you are responsible to assist the Analytics and Performance Management Head in developing and regularly updating the report on Key Business Drivers for BBG Senior Management use.

How you'll contribute

• Analyze the financial and business driver performance of different business across the Branch Banking Group and be able to present these results to stakeholders and Business Heads.
• Assist the Analytics and Performance Management Head in operations strategy (Channel and Workforce) and performance management of Branch Banking Group.
• Analyze and recommend the workforce distribution of Head Office units and Branches based on the approved PERCOM parameters.
• Prepares and analyzes the monthly channel scorecard and weekly sales reports by validating information and coordinating with units concerned on items for verification to ensure accurate and helpful performance reports to drive business directions and actions.
• Prepares and computes the year-end Performance Appraisal Reports of Branch Sales and Channel Personnel and apply the bell-curve process of the Human Capital Management.
• Monitors and reviews the fill-up rate of all BBG vacancies through regular coordination with Human Capital Management – HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition team, and in charge of identifying the issues and escalate concerns for management actions.
• Oversees the execution of the Region Heads, Area Heads, and Branch Personnel on the effective sales management or 4 Disciplines of Execution by regularly monitoring their performance through various channels such as Branch Scorecards and CRM Monitoring for Lead Measures.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s Degree holder in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Management Engineering, Data Analytics, Data Science, Information Technology
• Preferably with 1 - 3 years of working experience in the related field
• Advanced knowledge in Excel and PowerBI
• Advanced knowledge in Financial Planning and Data Analytics
• Knowledge of basic banking principles, sales process, and trading area
