Job Description
We are seeking highly skilled Senior Automation Architect(s) to join our team. As a Senior Automation Architect, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement automation solutions that improve efficiency and reduce costs.
The ideal candidate(s) are experienced automation professionals with a proven track record of designing, developing, and deploying automation solutions in complex environments. They should have strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of stakeholders. An active DHS Public Trust security clearance is required or the ability to obtain one.
Responsibilities:
- Designs and oversees the implementation of automation solutions for improved efficiency and accuracy
- Develop and implement automation strategies that improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for automation and prioritize automation initiatives
- Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions that meet business requirements
- Evaluate and select automation tools and technologies that best meet the needs of the organization
- Develop and maintain documentation related to automation processes and solutions
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior automation team members
- Continually monitor and evaluate automation processes to identify opportunities for improvement
Requirements:
- Active DHS Public Trust security clearance required or the ability to obtain one
- 7 years of experience in basic and applied research in data science, artificial intelligence/machine learning
- Experience developing and implementing automation solutions
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or C#
- Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or UFT
- Expertise in software testing methodologies and frameworks
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Workplace Site: Position is 95% remote; however, an in-person meeting in the DC area in the first few months of starting will be required.
