Role Overview

As a Principal Solutions Architect, you will play a critical role in the development and implementation of comprehensive systems architecture tailored to meet our clients' unique needs. Your responsibilities range from gathering client requirements and functional specifications to evaluating existing software systems for opportunities for improvement. You will also provide leadership and oversight to development teams. Each team member actively participates in technical pre-sales, high-level architecture and design, and solution development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead modern QA strategies.
• Analyze and translate client requirements into effective QA solutions.
• Audit and enhance current QA processes and backend systems.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to QA and development teams.
• Engage in technical pre-sales and collaborate with sales teams.
• Oversee solution design and development phases.
• Expertise with test automation frameworks and tools (Web, API, mobile, performance)
• Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD methodologies
• Knowledge of different testing types as regression, functional, integrations and user acceptance.
• Participate in client-facing opportunities and proposal development.
• Ensure solutions comply with industry standards in QA and backend development.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders about project status.
• Stay updated on advancements in QA methodologies, RPA, and Machine Learning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in solutions architecture, focusing on QA and backend development.
• Essential understanding of RPA and AI/ML.
• Proficiency in backend development languages like Java, Python, or .NET.
• Experience in client-facing roles and proposal support.
• Certifications in QA, RPA, or AI/ML technologies are desirable.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively and appreciate diverse viewpoints.
