Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for working with Business leaders & solution architects to develop and deliver on connected digital solutions
  • Seek ways to identify new and different ways to maximize productivity and quality through development methods and practices.
  • Drive thought-leadership on digital delivery and solution best practices and standards to ensure architectural integrity is maintained across products by adhering to best practices.
  • Foster innovation to drive new product ideas or strategic product extensions.
  • Uses deep domain expertise and business experience to influence and persuade a wide range of audiences on issues important to the business unit.
  • Acts as a source of technical Architect; serves as a role model for others in displaying functional capability and continually acquiring new skills.
  • Implement machine learning algorithms into services and pipelines to be consumed at web-scale
  • Create and foster a team culture that encourages speed, personal initiative, creativity, technical development and achievement of goals.
  • Develops methods or approaches for analysing complex processes, situations or issues and discerning patterns within the business context.
  • Designs the RPA workflow architecture to ensure an efficient and optimum development and functionality of the robots

Functional Knowledge and Technical Skills

Desired Experience and Skills

  • Experience building bots in AA A360 and IQBOT ( Mandatory )
  • Experience with Cloud & Desktop flow’s in MS Power Platform ( Mandatory )
  • Experience with Python Development (Mandatory)
  • Experience in Power Platform’s: Custom connectors, Gateways
  • Experience with AI Builder in Power Platform ( Preferred )
  • Certifications with RPA platforms (Power Automate ( Must Have ), Automate Anywhere ( Must have ), UiPath, Blue Prism )
  • Experience with PowerBI -( preferred )
  • Certifications with AI and ML ( preferred )
  • Architecting enterprise level applications involving multiple systems, sub-systems, and ERP applications
  • Experience with software development lifecycle, as well as Agile project management methodology
  • Solid Experience architecting and developing AI and machine learning applications
  • Understanding of data structures, data modeling and software architecture
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated, persevering and capable of working with minimal supervision.
  • Hands-on experience with one or more of the following technologies
  • Back end web-services: Python, R, Javascript, VBA, Vbscript, Java
  • Machine Learning: TensorFlow, Keras
  • ML Technologies: NLP, Computer Vision, Model Management
  • Big Data technologies: Kafka, Apache Spark, Hadoop

Qualification & Industry Expertise

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in process automation
  • Minimum of 5 years of RPA Architect and digital transformation experience
