Position Overview: As a Solutions Architect for Data & AI at 3Cloud, you will be at the forefront of our mission to deliver cutting-edge solutions on the Azure Infrastructure. Your technical expertise, coupled with a strong understanding of our clients’ business needs, will be instrumental in driving innovative solutions and ensuring client satisfaction. You will closely collaborate with the sales teams to explore, design, and deliver solutions, thereby significantly contributing to our growth in the Azure ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer facing roles and had success leading technical and economic value discussions with senior customer executives that drive key decisions and implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement:
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with key client stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor throughout their Azure-based technology transformation and Data Analytics journey.
  • Engage with customers, both onsite and remotely, by providing technical expertise during the sales process.
• Sales Support:
  • Provide expertise to the sales team, supporting them in pursuing and closing engagements related to Data & AI and Azure-based solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales executives on strategy, pursuit, and closure of key opportunities, aiming to expand revenue influence and client satisfaction.
• Solution Development:
  • Collaborating with sales teams to ensure effective sales strategies and alignment with client needs.
  • Lead the creation of reference architectures, documentation, and intellectual property that ensures secure, scalable, and profitable service delivery.
• Development & Thought Leadership:
  • Build and deliver high-value and reusable enablement content that measurably improves the team’s effectiveness and execution.
  • Continuously improve your professional skills with a focus on personal mastery and team learning through activities such as training, reading, and seeking mentorship from others.
• Collaboration and Teamwork:
  • Work cross-departmentally to find solutions to complex scenarios and integration issues.
  • Participate in team mentorship and knowledge sharing, fostering a culture of growth and innovation.
• Service Line / Service Delivery Framework Development:
  • Contribute to the ideation and development of internal and external solutions that support business initiatives and cross-practice opportunities.
  • Drive the creation of accelerators, intellectual property, and innovative solutions that enhance services offerings.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in data architecture, data warehousing, business intelligence, data integration, data analysis, reporting, and/or machine learning
• 2+ years in a technology management role
• 2+ years involvement in technology pre-sales
• Experience in the design and development of cloud data solutions including data lake storage, relational data, semi-structured data, streaming data, and event driven processing
• Experience with SQL Server, Azure SQL Database, and/or Azure Synapse Analytics is required
• Experience with Power BI or a comparable analytics/reporting platform is required
• Experience with Databricks and/or Apache Spark a plus
• Understanding of cloud ecosystem and leading-edge cloud data technologies
• Microsoft Azure experience required
• Strong analytical problem-solving ability
• Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently or as part of a project team
• Microsoft Certification a plus
