We are hiring Data Scientists to analyze, build, and deploy machine learning models. As a senior team member, you'll lead projects, collaborating with engineers and stakeholders for successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Understand business problems, analyze numerical datasets and design relevant solutions that may involve machine learning models.
• Design and develop scalable data processing, mining, and machine learning systems.
• Conduct data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering for optimal model performance.
• Implement machine learning and deep learning models for various applications such as price optimization, predictive maintenance, and sales forecasting.
• Debug end-to-end data flow and enhance model predictions.
• Build and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines on GCP or equivalent platforms.
• Establish practices for model monitoring, retraining, and versioning.
• Strong proficiency with SQL and its variation among popular databases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Able to build visualizations involving reports and other insights on large-scale tabular data and present the technical findings to stakeholders effectively.
• Assist product manager in shaping data science products and offerings.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of overall experience with at least 2 years in Data Science or Machine Learning Engineering.
• Proficient in handling large amounts of numerical data and preparing it for analysis.
• Proficiency in end-to-end data processing steps, including data cleaning, exploratory data analysis, outlier handling, and model training.
• Experience in training classic supervised machine learning models and deploying them in production environments.
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries like XGBoost, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• Proficient in handling big data on Cloud, ETL processes, and building visualizations on top of the big data.
• Familiarity with Google Cloud or equivalent Cloud Platforms.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field

Good to have:

• Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or other deep learning techniques.
• Google Cloud Certified Professional Machine Learning or TensorFlow Certified Developer certifications.
• Experience in MLOps and related technologies.
• Knowledge of GenAI techniques and applications.
• Master’s degree in statistics, machine learning, or related fields.
