Job Description

In this position, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the data quality strategy to ensure overall data governance program of Supplier Quality Assurance´s data assets on a global scale. Also, identify automation opportunities, provide technical solutions to reduce manual repetitive work and deploy best practice processes, tools and systems into the SQA organization.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Formulate and lead the deployment of a comprehensive data quality strategy, based on common data quality needs across regions/segments.

• Conduct thorough assessments of data quality across diverse datasets, systems, and process.

• Identify and prioritize areas for data quality improvement based on business impact and strategic priorities.

• Develop and execute plans for improving data quality, including the implementation of data quality tools and technologies.

• Lead workstreams to address specific data quality issues and ensure sustained improvement.

• Establish and communicate data quality standards and engage/ introduce new processes to segments and regions.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (e.g. DT, Corporate R&D, commercial, etc.), to understand data requirements and challenges, address SQA needs and priorities and enhance the overall data governance framework, ensuring compliance.

• Develop, align, and drives the SQA global core systems deployment/adoption strategy.

• Work closely with global SQA teams to ensure data quality initiatives are integrated into segments and region tracks, if needed develop tailored deployment plan by segment.

• Establish regular reporting mechanisms to communicate the status and progress of data quality initiatives to stakeholders.

• Define and monitor key performance indicators and metrics related to data quality.

• Drive global alignment on data quality standards and practices.

• Provide training and support to teams on data quality best practices.

• Creates MVP and solutions based on self-service automation tools or similar solutions, to support core digital TSS roadmap, tracking performance and data quality plans.

• Global SQA CIP Management for Core SQA Systems.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in IT or relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Information Management, Computer Science).

• 3-5 + years of experience in a senior data analyst or similar role with a focus on data quality management and automation.

• Experience working with global teams and managing data quality initiatives on a global scale.

• Strong project management skills

• Proficiency in data analysis and automation tools, such as Power Platform (BI | Power Apps | Power Automate), and Tableau. Familiarity with programming skills, scripting languages like Python, R, or VBA is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal organization, cross-functional teams, system key users and end-users and different stakeholders.

• Fluent English.
