The Rewards Operations Manager is responsible for creating and updating pay structures for countries in scope and based on Mars pay philosophy, methodology and process. The role is also responsible for ensuring a smooth and in compliance delivery of the annual merit increases and annual bonus payout, in addition to supporting on other global and continuous improvement projects related to new technology design and deployment in order to ensure fit for purpose and users adoption for the markets in scope.
