What You’ll Do 

This role is critical to the Cisco vision and strategy. Your primary role is to define, own and deliver an evolutionary CX Data & AI Growth Analytics Architecture. You will work with senior leadership to execute overall organizational strategy.

This role is part of a fun loving, diverse team, with an inclusive culture. Duties cut across the CX organization to promote business growth and customer lifecycle acceleration across Cisco. In addition to the teams within engineering, you’ll partner with Product Management, IT, Digital Transformation, Cisco business entities & our executive team.

Specifically, You will:

• Specialized expertiseengineering the creation of the data architecture to power the CX Cloud for all customers
• Accountable for execution and results of team across multiple job families
• Lead others to solve complex data problems through CX and Cisco Systems, 
• Workas a part of a diverse team of architects, data engineers and data scientists
• Empower the digital transformation of products, service and experience via data and AI Analytics architecture
• Bridge business and technology enterprise strategic data requirements and product development as part of a team
• Partner to create aplatform for AI growth analytics & insights leading to business growth 
• Actively seek opportunities for personal career development via continuous improvement & learning

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8years leading data architecture & solutions
• Developing leaders who is coachable and empowsteams to be their best 
• Outstanding organizational, communication, interpersonal, relationship building skills conducive to collaboration
• Ability to deliver results and work multi-functionally to position and orchestrate a solution consisting of multiple products
• Demonstrated domain expertise, either in building large scale data infrastructures, computing solutions at SaaS or consumer cloud software companies and technologies such as AWS
• Experienced in architecting and developing highly distributed global cloud-based systems
• Technical experience in cloud engineering, network infrastructure, security, dataor application development to identify the key decisions your team faces and provide relevant advice 
• Shown experience in integrating sophisticated, cross-corporate processes and information strategies, including technology planning and execution
