The CP Experience Data, Insights & Growth lead charged with overall Analytics architecture to power CX Lifecycle Acceleration for Customers, Partners & Cisco! What You’ll Do

This role is critical to the Cisco vision and strategy. As the lead Architect your primary role is to define, own and deliver an evolutionary CX Data, Insights & Growth Architecture. You will contribute to overall organizational strategy and leadership team, while personally evolving into an executive leader.

This role is part of a fun loving, diverse team, with an inclusive culture. Duties cut across the CX organization to promote business growth and customer lifecycle acceleration across Cisco. In addition to the teams within engineering, you’ll partner with Product Management, IT, Digital Transformation, Cisco business entities & our executive team.

Specifically, You will:

  • Lead senior managers and professional staff with integrity, trust and transparency to architect and develop a scalable, performant architecture based on organizational priorities
  • Establish organizational objectives and priorities for ensuring business results
  • Grow a diverse team of software engineers, product managers, data engineers and data scientists
  • Empower the digital transformation of products, service and experience via data and AI/ML
  • Bridge business and technology enterprise strategic data requirements and product development with key executives
  • Manufacture a platform for data and insights led business growth while resolving any remaining technical and emotional friction points
  • Actively seek opportunities for personal career development via continuous improvement & learning

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 15 years leading data driven, data & analytics management teams
  • Develops leaders through coaching, attracting top talent and empowering teams to be their best
  • Outstanding organizational, communication, interpersonal, relationship building skills conducive to collaboration
  • Ability to deliver results and work multi-functionally to position and orchestrate a solution consisting of multiple products
  • Demonstrated domain expertise, either in building large scale data infrastructures, computing solutions at SaaS or consumer cloud software companies and technologies such as AWS
  • Experienced in architecting and developing highly distributed global cloud-based systems
  • Technical experience in cloud engineering, network infrastructure, security, data or application development to identify the key decisions your team faces and provide relevant advice
  • Shown experience in integrating sophisticated, cross-corporate processes and information strategies, including technology planning and execution
