Role & Responsibilities

We are looking for a data scientist whose primary responsibility will be to partner with key stakeholders, other data scientists/engineers, and software engineers to improve user experience and enable continued growth critical to our collaboration solutions. You will be responsible for creating the models, technologies, and architectures that moves data and translates it to insights to support our most critical strategic and real-time decisions. You will also help translate high-level business needs into concrete requirements and identify various opportunities. The ideal candidate must have a passion for working in white space and creating impact from the ground up in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Qualifications

• Master degreein Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, or a related major
• Excel in Statistics and ML/AI
• 3+ years of industry experience with proven track record in applying Statistics and ML/AI to resolve real problems
• Proficient with Python, numpy, pandas, sklearn, etc.
• Familiar with OOP & design patterns
• Familiar with SQL and relational databases such as Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.
• Hands-on experience with big data technologies such as Elasticsearch, Kafka, Hive, Spark, etc.
• Good at communicating complex concepts and analysis results clearly and effectively through creative visualization
• A team player who is enthusiastic, diligent, and responsible as well
• Fluent in English (oral & written)
• Experience with Business Intelligence is a plus
• Familiar with Deep Learning and related libraries (TF & PyTorch) is a plus
