As Product Manager, you will:

• Evolve Cohere’s API into a delightful and game-changing product by leading internal project planning and coordinating team resources
• Deeply understand our customers and team up with the technical team to deliver a product that meets their needs and exceeds their expectations
• Lead all project documentation, and provide detailed reports for leadership and relevant stakeholders
• Provide valuable product and technical insights in business development conversations
• Be laser focused on ensuring we set and meet realistic project deadlines and metrics for success
• Conduct project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff
• Drive a team of engineers and scientists to build, measure, learn and iterate towards building solutions
• Guide product development to solve near and long-term challenges in AI 
• Stay up to date on the latest AI and deep learning papers from leading conferences (NeurIPS, ICLR, ICML ACL, EMNLP) and use ideas from them to inspire and direct the team

You may be a good fit, if you have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field (math, engineering, etc.)
• 2+ years of technical program manager, product management, engineering, or equivalent experience
• Exposure to machine learning, algorithms, large scale systems, and statistics
• MBA or advanced technical degree such as MS or PhD (is a plus)
• Experience finding and developing product market fit
• Product leadership experience driving engineers and scientists
• Background in machine learning, algorithms, large scale systems, and statistics
• A start up mentality to move and iterate quickly
• Experience in working with cloud and distributed systems
