What you'll be doing:

Drive the growth of NVIDIA’s Conversational AI solutions. As a senior sales leader, we would like to see demonstrated experience in driving growth, working with lighthouse customers for new solutions, and achieving significant volume and scale.

This person will be an overlay sales lead and work in virtual teams - including account managers, solution architects, sales operations, industry business development, product management and product marketing.

  • Build and execute on a robust opportunity pipeline for NVIDIA’s conversational AI solutions, and establish long-term business relationships with customers.
  • Drive customer conversations on NVIDIA’s solutions, both at business and technical level.
  • Partner with geography sales teams to drive demand and create and grow opportunities and accounts.
  • Codify the customer value proposition and define the core sales tools and training to enable the field and channel.
  • Partner with vertical leaders to drive growth in enterprise verticals
  • Provide feedback to product teams on language prioritization by regions and enterprise verticals.
  • Establish and develop NVIDIA relationship with key CXOs, decision makers across the Enterprise

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering from a leading University (or equivalent experience). Master’s degree and/or MBA is desirable.
  • 10+ overall years of sales experience in technology systems and/or software products with 5+ years of experience owning an overlay product sales organization Strong expertise and background in conversational AI, shaping value proposition at systems level
  • Demonstrated understanding of AI frameworks and customer adoption journey with AI
  • Experience in companies that build and sell systems for AI is highly desirable. Enterprise software experience, including knowledge of containers and Kubernetes a plus.
  • Possess a wide client contact base, deep domain expertise, and knowledge of sales trends in conversational AI
  • Ability to lead & empower a virtual team of sales managers (and help recruit the best talent)
