The Memory and I/O Organization (MIO) within the Data Center and Artificial Intelligence (DCAI) group is looking for a highly motivated college software intern ready to assist in the software development and application of automation and AI modeling into our memory validation flows. MIO works to define and validate cutting edge DRAM memory and IO technologies for Intel. Our team members are passionate about growth, innovation, and collaboration. In this role the candidate will engage with experienced engineers to develop AI based software tools to create machine learning models that will allow for test optimization, failure classification, and root cause analysis. Candidates will be responsible for labeling training data, selecting training models and algorithms, and monitoring outcomes to improve models. Candidates will have the opportunity to interact with Intel's latest platforms, high speed lab test equipment, and memory testers to develop software to automate hardware and streamline the data collection process.
This internship position is for 6 months starting in Summer of 2024. Onsite presence is preferred but remote work will be considered for candidate with the ideal skill set. Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
