Job Description

Responsible for defining requirements of the profiling data driven care gap / unmet needs and HCP prioritizations models, managing roadmap and guiding teams and stakeholder through success

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy setting and stakeholder engagement

  • Set ambitious and clear analytical vision and communicate it effectively to internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with MCCDH team leads, category and country leads to ensure analytics are aligned with asset strategy and team needs
  • Provide model expertise needed at cross-functional forums to make strategic product decisions
  • Attend selected scientific events, congresses and trainings to be informed about new medical analysis trends and innovations
  • Coordinate with Medical Outcomes and Analytics lead to ensure key HCP and care gaps insights are included in dashboards

Drive analytics development and delivery

  • Lead development team and manage delivery of analytics
  • Translate requirements and manage the use case backlog
  • Own and review results for internal stakeholders of varying organizational levels
  • Work closely with the data management governance lead to ensure team has access to appropriate data sources and adheres to highest data governance standards

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.

  • Bachelors + 15+ years experience; MBA + 13+; PharmD/PHD + 8+
  • Strong experience (10+ years) in data & analytics, including with recent medical affairs experience.
  • Demonstrated effectiveness working in cross-functional business environment.
  • Proven leadership skills in managing people and projects both directly and via a matrixed or indirect leadership.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to quickly build rapport and credibility with Pfizer leaders and key external stakeholders.
  • Ability to partner cross culturally/regionally.
  • Effective talent management.
  • Effective English verbal and written communication with flexibility to be clear, consistent, compliant, and appropriate for a variety of settings including scientific/technical, promotional, patient/consumer, regulatory, and media.
  • In depth understanding of the business of pharmaceutical medicine including clinical trial design, GCP and data interpretation, drug development, regulatory and promotional rules/guidance, legal and compliance, issue management and business development opportunity evaluations.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $205,400.00 to $342,400.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 25.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
