Job Description

Phreesia is seeking a smart, energetic and highly motivated Product Manager to join our Data Products team, focusing on Data Science products.  As a Product Manager, you will be driving product initiatives through the full product life cycle.  This includes having a strong understanding of the market, our competitors, needs of our stakeholders, collaborating with internal product teams, driving product innovation and strategy, defining detailed requirements, collaborating with engineers, and executing on a product launch plan. 

As a Product Manager, you will work closely with our clients and internal stakeholders to iterate on our fastest growing products. You’ll primarily focus on building meaningful healthcare applications with a focus on data products and revenue generating models and tools. You will collaborate with our product management, engineering, data science, operations, marketing, clinical engagement, UX, and sales teams to deliver amazing products and boost adoption and utilization. The ideal candidate will be a solid communicator, a great problem solver, will be able to work with cross-functional teams, and will demonstrate strong leadership abilities and the desire to learn.

What You'll Do:

• Own the vision and roadmap for a portfolio of data products tied to business goals.
• Be accountable for defining and achieving specific product outcomes.
• Be a product champion within our company and for our clients. 
• Understand market and stakeholder problems and needs.
• Develop detailed product requirements & translate into user stories for implementation by data science and occasionally engineering.
• Drive product go-to-market strategies and execute successful launch plans with the support of product leadership, data science, data engineering, and go-to-market teams.
• Build business cases for new features and feature enhancements by collaborating with product leadership, engineering, sales, data science, and operations groups.  
• Analyze product datasets and track product usage metrics or other KPIs.
• Provide product support and training to sales, analytics, operations teams. 
• Manage escalations, investigate issues and prioritize fixes.

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-5 years of experience in product management with a special focus in data science or data analytics.
• Previous experience working on machine learning, modeling, and data analysis.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and function effectively in a quick to change environment, providing strong leadership skills while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience leading product initiatives across multiple cross-functional teams
• Deep interest in user experience, creating, and analyzing products.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Strong organization and project management skills

Base pay for US is $120,000 to $130,000 USD, depending on qualifications.
