DESCRIPTION

As a senior business analyst on Verily’s User Success team you will surface insights and enable data-driven decision-making. You’ll conduct quantitative data analysis to make product and business recommendations, and work closely with other teams to present those findings. You weave stories with meaningful insight from data, and bring best practices, innovations and capabilities to our operation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build data pipelines and develop dashboards across a diverse range of data streams from user interactions. 
• Provide thought leadership on data infrastructure and reporting suite across a broad range of projects
• Present recommendations and metrics to cross-functional leadership
• Analyze call center operations and user feedback data to recognize trends and present insights to team operations leads.
• Partner with cross-functional teams such as Clinical, Quality, Product, and Engineering to drive product and process improvements. 

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with emphasis on quantitative coursework (Statistics, Business, Computer Science, Applied Math, Economics) or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 or more years in an analytical role
• Experience analyzing data and creating reports using SQL and/or similar scripting language

Preferred qualifications:

• MS, MBA, or other advanced degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of related work experience performing analytical work in a growing company, consulting firm, or investment banking environment as a financial or business analyst
• Experience working with Salesforce, Google Suite, Google dashboarding tools such as Data Studio and PLX Dashboards.
• Superior analytical and investigative skills combined with the ability to navigate through ambiguity in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and tell a strategic story
• Experience with Good Clinical Practices, clinical research and medical product development, clinical trial processes and related regulatory requirements and terminology.
