Job Description

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology or related field

• Master's degrees in Business Management, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field is advantageous

• Quality planning including projects and risk reviews

• Reporting and escalating in an appropriate and timely fashion, and initiating timely, corrective action where required

• Ability to review project deliverables for completeness quality, and compliance with established project standards in line with the Compliance Governance Manual

• 8+ years of work experience, with at least 3 years in IT PMO role

• Experience in a top-tier CPG MNC organization preferred

• Good oral and written communication, especially in English and interpersonal skills

• Strong strategic mindset with sound business judgment and problem-solving capabilities

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and simultaneously lead several deliverables.

• Additional experience, certification, and/or exposure to the following technologies a plus: PMP, SCRUM, experience with Project Management technology such as MS Project, ServiceNow

What will be your key responsibilities?

Cross-Division Digital Synergies

• Support the digital solutions implementation at the market and regional level across the 4 business Divisions
• Drive the rollouts of digital solutions that have been deployed at a certain Division/market to the other Divisions/markets in Asia
• Lead the cross-Division digital ecosystem landscape and value propositions

Petcare Business Ecosystem

• Establish the relationship and partnership with the business leaders and teams across the 4 Divisions
• Identify the Petcare Ecosystem business opportunities (Start of Life, Pet Professional Platforms and Education, Pet Health) across the Asia markets and provide support to their deployment from the digital solutioning standpoint

Digital Innovation at Scale

• Introduce and apply the emerging digital technology solutions (e.g. AI/ML, metaverse, blockchain) from both internal sources and external industries to the Petcare Asia businesses
• Lead the intelligent business automation (e.g. RPA, physical automation) and AI techniques (e.g. computer vision, ICR/OCR) adoption across the 4 Divisions in Asia
• Support the regional digital manufacturing, Industry 4.0 solutions implementation and application across the supply chain and factory entities

Digital PMO

• Lead the portfolio management of Petcare Asia digital programs for on time, on quality delivery
• Effectively coordinate the resources to support the ongoing digital projects implementation
• Support the disciplined financial operations and management of all the digital projects in Asia

Business Communication

• Conduct the effective communication strategy of Asia digital ecosystem solutions to the 4 Divisions to generate valued impact
• Lead the communication of Asia digital ecosystem solutions to the global and cross-Segment digital teams
• Design and facilitate the communication mechanism to improve cross-team collaboration within the regional Digital Technologies team

Strategic Digital Initiatives

• Lead the strategic digital initiatives of Petcare Asia based on the regional businesses/DT and global Digital Technologies needs
• Support the Petcare Asia Digital Technologies team to adopt Design Thinking, user centricity and Economic of Mutuality
