Job Description

Shutterstock is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Performance Marketing product strategy in close partnership with the Marketing team. We are committed to learning and rapid, data-driven decision-making, and we rely on experimentation to drive growth and improve our product offering for our users. As our Product Lead for Performance Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in defining the strategic direction of our paid marketing experimentation strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, data science, and analytics, to up-level experimentation practices and culture by creating standardized frameworks and tools that evolve our existing systems.

The day to day:

  • Define and promote the product strategy and roadmap for Shutterstock’s paid marketing channels.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our paid marketing strategy, business process, our users and their needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing, engineering, design and the analytics teams to deliver paid marketing channel conversion improvements and strategy to identify and capture new market audiences.
  • Establish team goals and identify key performance indicators to measure progress towards those goals.
  • Gather and prioritize user feedback and requirements, translating them into actionable product enhancements.

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • Demonstrated success in launching and/or scaling paid acquisition channel experimentation
  • A strong understanding of best-in-class SEM practices and ability to build a strategy that aligns product and marketing goals
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels, including leadership
  • Ability to think strategically and translate complex concepts into actionable product plans
  • Strong organizational, prioritization and project management skills
  • self -motivated, proactive, and results-orients, with a passion for continuous improvement and learning
