Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and analytical individual to join our team as a People Analytics Partner. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing People team & talent data, supporting data-driven decision-making processes and providing strategic insights to optimize our workforce and talent management strategies. This person will also help maintain data privacy and ensure GDPR/CCPA compliance including training of new People team members on Data Privacy and Governance.

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

Support/Consulting

  • Collaborate with HR and other cross-functional teams to identify key business questions and develop analytics solutions to address them.
  • Analyze People team and talent data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in areas such as recruitment, retention, performance, and diversity & inclusion.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and predictive models to deliver actionable insights to key contributors.
  • Partner with HR leaders to craft and implement experiments and studies to measure the impact of various initiatives on team member engagement, efficiency, and overall business outcomes.
  • Conduct research on trends, benchmarks, and standard processes to drive the company's long-term talent strategy and effectiveness.
  • Interpret complex data sets and communicate findings to non-technical key contributors in a clear and concise manner.
  • Drive continuous improvement by evaluating existing analytics processes and recommending enhancements or new methodologies.
  • Manage the deployment of new system reporting functionality. This includes reviewing specifications, crafting and implementing test scenarios, and providing end-user training
  • Partner with the PBPs (People Business Partners) and relevant resources to deliver engagement survey insights, analysis, and recommended action planning
  • Identify trends and makes recommendations to address the top issues to the People Leadership team
  • Translate metric priorities into new dashboards and key reports with compelling visualizations and storytelling to help guide decision-making regarding Peloton’s talent and organizational practices
  • Maintain data privacy and support the retention and configuration related to GDPR/CCPA and other data privacy regulations including training of new People team members on Data Privacy and Governance.

System Administration

  • Support People Operations with data audits and ensuring data accuracy
  • Maintain SOX compliance where applicable including but not limited to data accuracy, access controls, and training of policies and requirements across HR and other key contributors

Documentation

  • Create business requirement documents for the processes they support
  • Create and maintains global data dictionary & global data privacy guidelines
  • Identify and document business rules associated with the process

YOU BRING TO PELOTON

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in HR analytics, workforce planning, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis, data visualization tools (such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI), and HRIS systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Superb communication skills with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Experience with predictive modeling and machine learning techniques is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives, and if the location for the job changes. Base Salary Range

$138,800—$180,000 USD
