The Role
As a Commercial Reporting Analyst, you play a central role in overhauling our approach to providing our commercial teams with actionable insight in an efficient and impactful manner. You will be involved in building our foundation of common reporting tools for frontline commercial teams to use on a daily basis both with partners and for internal purposes. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to support commercial leaders with ad-hoc commercial analysis as required. Reporting to the Manager, Commercial Reporting & Analytics, you will be part of a wider team of four, each of whom will take responsibility for a key part of our commercial reporting and analytics capability. Through your work, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our commercial teams across markets, Data Science, Analytics Engineering and the Restaurant Experience team.
What you’ll be responsible for
Drive the rationalisation of commercial reports across Deliveroo by profiling different commercial personas to define their reporting requirements
Build standardised dashboards and reports that meet at least 90% of the needs of each commercial persona such that we reduce the time spent by commercial teams on building and running reports
Where not self-serve, provide reports to frontline commercial teams in line with pre-agreed reporting SLAs
Maintain regularly quality audits of all reports to ensure any data errors are captured and rectified quickly
Maintain existing standardised partner reporting (e.g. KAM Report) in the short-term whilst supporting the Restaurant Experience team to migrate into Hub in line with our product roadmaps
Identify and execute other opportunities to standardise and automate partner-facing reporting (e.g. MBR / QBR performance reports)
