Tenstorrent is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chief of Staff, IP Technical Program Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical role in driving the successful development, delivery, and support of our AI intellectual property (IP) products, managing both the AI hardware IP and the AI models. This role encompasses a hardware and software piece, requiring you to work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of AI IP to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Management:

• Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver AI IP products on time and within budget.
• Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact program delivery.
• Ensure clear communication and alignment with internal stakeholders on program goals and progress.

AI IP Product Development:

• Collaborate with engineering and IP design teams to define technical requirements for AI IP products.
• Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to release.
• Ensure product specifications meet customer requirements and quality standards.

Quality Assurance:

• Establish and maintain quality control processes and standards for AI IP products.
• Work closely with quality assurance teams to ensure the highest level of product quality.

Continuous Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive efficiency in AI IP program management.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies related to AI IP.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a program manager in semiconductor or AI hardware.
• Strong technical background and understanding of AI IP design and development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
• Familiarity with industry standards and quality assurance processes.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment.
