Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of Product Management experience with driving product vision, go-to-market strategy, creating strategic product roadmaps, and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with counter abuse or scaled abuse enforcement.
  • Experience in web applications.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Product experience with large-scale enterprise systems or other systems with complex business logic.
  • Experience in successful development and application of machine learning, computer vision, and/or artificial intelligence.
  • Ability to be innovative, with excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to turn ambiguous problems into clear solutions.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to build relationships with both internal and external clients.

You will gain a deep understanding of YouTube, its business and technology, and be at the center of a variety of technologies across Google to support users.

Responsibilities

  • Understand and stay up-to-date with the latest strategies on counter abuse and content enforcement technologies within the industry.
  • Synthesize and drive product strategy from interactions with business stakeholders, legal, and policy teams.
  • Build and manage a product roadmap to support our goals and strategies for YouTube.
  • Partner with all product teams to ensure abuse prevention is built into all our efforts and launches at YouTube.
  • Drive industry partnerships and relationships to make the web better.
