The Network Analytics and Automation group of AT&T Labs is looking for leading scientists to join our team. We are looking for exceptional individuals who have a passion to invent and build novel technologies and provide innovative solutions for one of the largest networks in the world. We are looking for researchers who can think big, explore, invent, and rapidly prototype solutions for challenging real-world problems. Our scientists are expected to be able to work independently, to collaborate with researchers, developers, and customers, and to serve as mentors for new developers and interns.
Outstanding researchers are encouraged to apply. Candidates must demonstrate excellence in one of the following areas: (1) network technologies, (2) data science and machine learning, (3) optimization, (4) data management and Big Data. Relevant areas of expertise include (but not limited to) Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Statistics, Machine Learning, Operations Research, Electrical or Electronic Engineering, and Mathematics. Candidates shall have a PhD from an accredited university. In exceptional cases, we may consider outstanding researchers with a Master's degree from an accredited university and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Candidates are expected to have research experience, a collaborative spirit, strong leadership and communication skills, and hands-on data analytics or software development experience.
