About the role:

You will lead a team of professionals who control, evaluate and approve fraud prevention strategies.

Your challenge will be:

• Controls the daily operation of the area
• Attention to internal clients
• Attention to special requirements of business managers.
• Continuous evaluation of fraud prevention strategies.
• Adapts monitoring rules according to market requirements and observed fraud trends.
• Definition and approval of new fraud prevention strategies.
• Evaluation and contracting of fraud prevention tools.
• Document control of the area.
• Evaluation of KPI's and compliance with operational and strategic objectives related to Fraud prevention.
• Documentation and adaptation of area policies and procedures.
• Responsible for compliance and regulatory reporting to internal authorities and external regulators in a timely manner.

What are we looking for?

• 4 years previous experience in a similar role
• Experience in administration of Operational and Analytical Processes for Issuer Fraud Prevention
• Knowledge of the latest card fraud trends and controls to mitigate it
