Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Work primarily on brochures, mailers, social media creatives and other marketing collateral
• Design sharp and premium ed-tech designs that speak to an evolved target group
• Create attractive designs, videos and other creative content for digital and print media
• Knowledge of motion graphics, sounds and music is an added advantage
• Knowledge of colour theory, typography, iconography etc.
• Adhere to brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all communication
• Collaborate with seniors and other stakeholders to understand project requirements
• Experiment with layouts and designs
• An eye for detail and error-proofing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Revising designs based on feedback
• Time management and multitasking
• Effective application of feedback
• Team player

Qualification:

• Outstanding design skills
• Experience in creating design layouts for brochures, mailers, reports etc.
• Proficiency in: Adobe Suite particularly, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects and Premiere Pro
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure
• An eye for detail and ability to plan and maintain work volumes
• A deep understanding of design principles and their application in practice
• Research for different briefs
• Knowledge of generative AI tools like Midjourney, Dall-E, Stable Diffusion etc. is a bonus
• Interest in education, tech, news magazines, social media, pop culture & trends is preferred
