About the Role

As a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer on our Model Team, you will be at the forefront of shaping the future of machine learning workflows. You will be responsible for building tools that connect real users to our technology that harnesses the power of Machine Learning to build intelligence applications. You will design, implement, and deploy solutions for mission critical systems that enable building, customizing and optimizing LLM and other generative AI models. Your solutions will also enable inferencing to automate curation of unstructured data for annotation on millions of assets. About You

• 6+ years of web application development experience
• Proficiency in Typescript and Node.js
• Hands-on experience with frontend technologies (e.g. React.js)
• A solid background in working with document databases ( Elasticsearch) and relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
• Experience in designing and developing in microservice-oriented architecture and distributed systems, with well defined APIs and scalable ecosystem

Nice to Have

• Experience in building ML workflows
• Experience with Python
• Familiarity with messaging frameworks such as pub/sub and RabbitMQ

Your Day to Day

• Design, build and deploy features for our Catalog and Model applications (Experiments and Model Foundry)
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate the product vision into seamless connections between our platform and end-users
• Develop a mindset focused on delivering high-quality, scalable, reliable, and robust solutions that meet enterprise-level requirements
• Effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders on complex technical ideas
• Uphold a high standard of code quality for both your own work and during code reviews
• Identify, triage, and address in-production defects within established SLAs

Labelbox strives to ensure pay parity across the organization and discuss compensation transparently. The expected annual base salary range for United States-based candidates is $170,000 - $215,000. This range is not inclusive of any potential equity packages or additional benefits. Exact compensation varies based on a variety of factors, including skills and competencies, experience, and geographical location.
