WHAT YOULL BE HANDLING:

  • Spearheading customer success operations and strategies to ensure industryleading satisfaction rates.
  • Monitoring key performance indicators like CSAT, NPS, etc., and taking datadriven decisions to enhance performance.
  • Providing toptier product support to SMBsB2C and ensuring customer success in B2B partnerships.
  • Collaborating with teams across the company to streamline processes and ensure customer success.
  • Managing, mentoring, and developing your team, fostering a culture of excellence and growth.

YOURE PERFECT FOR THIS ROLE IF:

  • You hold at least 5 years of experience in a similar role at a global SaaS company.
  • You have at least 1 year of proven team leadership experience.
  • You possess a technical background and a robust understanding of customer support and success metrics.
  • You demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to make datadriven decisions.
  • You excel at communication, able to articulate points clearly and inspire your team and stakeholders.
  • Youre selfmotivated, with the ability to thrive in both independent and team settings.
