What you’ll do:

• Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives by partnering with operational leaders across the organization (e.g., product management, engineering, sales and marketing)
• Partner with senior leaders across the organization to drive company wide alignments
• Conduct market scans to identify and categorize companies within the market ecosystem, and proactively pursuing potential partnerships or M&A opportunities
• Design and implement key processes that enable product launches
• Establish high quality processes and infrastructure for cross functional stakeholders to share issues with the consumer product team
• Codify documentation of internal best practices, tooling, and process improvements
• Commit to inspiring a representative, equitable, and respectful workplace
• Communicate effectively and empathetically in speech and writing with diverse, globally distributed customers, colleagues, and open source community members

Previous experience that could be helpful:

• Worked in business or strategy consulting with structured deliverables and stakeholder engagement across various geographic locations
• Experienced with hands-on data analytics / data science tasks
• Understanding of data analytics / data science markets, demand and capacity
• Experienced with leading strategic research and analysis, including data gathering from various sources, financial analysis, market analysis, recommendation development, etc.

US Compensation - The salary range for this role is between $190,000 to $230,000. We have a global market-based pay structure which varies by location. Please note that the base pay range is a guideline and for candidates who receive an offer, the exact base pay will vary based on factors such as actual work location, skills and experience of the candidate. This position is also eligible for additional incentives such as equity awards.
