As a Lead Product Manager focused on machine learning, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the development of products that power the biggest and most complex AI applications. You will lead a talented team of product managers, engineers, and data scientists to deliver innovative solutions that meet our customers' needs. Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the product vision and strategy for our machine learning products, aligning with the company's overall goals and objectives
• Lead a team of product managers, guiding them in the development of product roadmaps, feature prioritization, and delivery timelines
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, design, and marketing, to ensure successful product development and launch
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback analysis to identify market trends and customer needs
• Work closely with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements, understand pain points, and validate product concepts
• Drive the agile development process, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management
• Monitor product performance, analyze user metrics, and iterate on product features to optimize user experience and drive customer satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and AI technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth
• Foster a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and continuous learning within the product management team and across the organization

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• MBA or equivalent business experience is a plus
• Proven 5+ years experience as a Product Manager in a technology-driven company, with a focus on machine learning or AI products
• Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and applications
• Track record of successfully delivering complex software products or platforms from concept to launch
• Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders

Compensation

• At Anyscale, we take a market-based approach to compensation. We are data-driven, transparent, and consistent. The target salary for this role is $237,006 - $302,207. As the market data changes over time, the target salary for this role may be adjusted.

Level = Base Salary:

• L6 = $237,006
• L7 = $262,500
• L8 = $302,207
