The role

We are looking for a brilliant changemaker and keen Data Analyst to work in a dynamic environment serving Nordic top brands in their digital transformation. You will be working with long-term strategic, technical solutions, and complex data analytics within several areas and businesses. There are fantastic opportunities for accelerated personal development as you will work closely with our experienced analysts, data scientists, and consultants.

In your role, you could be working among the following areas: participating in developing and implementing analytical models, performing analysis of commercial data, automating analyses, building reports, and designing experiments e.g. to improve marketing operations, defining and producing target groups for Omnichannel marketing initiatives, ensuring effective customer segmentation and personalised messaging, assisting in the configuration and management of Salesforce Marketing Cloud campaigns. Some of your key responsibilities:

  • Analyze, interpret, and visualize data to provide actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making.
  • Monitor and maintain data quality, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and security of customer data.
  • Develop and execute reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analysis to support various business functions.
  • Continuously improve data analysis processes and identify opportunities for process automation.
  • Not included in the the role immediately, but possibly after year one; work with a Customer Data Platform to segment, analyse and optimise customer data for targeted marketing and personalisation
  • Another possible responsibility later on; explore content automation solutions to enhance marketing efficiency and personalisation

Who are you?

To be successful in this role you need an analytical and creative mind with an interest in solving commercial issues. You have the ability to turn data into actionable insights and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders. You also have critical thinking and suggesting new angles of thought/ways of working. You thrive in a fast paced environment and have good communication and presentation skills. You are Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and stay up to date with industry trends, and have Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail. Besides your personality, we would also like you to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) within a relevant field (e.g computer science, mathematics, physics) alternatively 1-2 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or other enterprise-level marketing automation solution is a plus
  • Experience in data analysis, preferably in a relevant industry
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Excel, SQL, Python, R etc.
  • Knowledge of Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and Content Automation is a plus
  • Fluent in Finnish and English, Swedish is a plus
