Job Description

Are you passionate about Artificial Intelligence Machine Learning? Then this role is for you! DLH is seeking a AIML - NLP Analyst to support our client in a 100% fully remote opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Support Artificial Intelligence Machine Learning (AIML) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) requirements for DLH's Defense Health Agency (DHA) client.
• Build Digital Assistant (ChatBot) Development projects, leveraging advanced technologies such as OpenAI ChatGPT, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and MySQL databases.
• Leverage NLP techniques to enable the AI system to read, interpret, and provide prompt responses to queries from diverse customer databases.
• Deliver actionable insights by scrutinizing customer data, enhancing the decision-making process, and facilitating a higher level of customer service.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree 
• 4 years of experience in natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning (ML) frameworks, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Excellent organizational and both oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well with a team, execute tasks and projects in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ability to write and present effective project materials, presentations, status-reporting, etc.

Basic Compensation: $98,950- $120,000

The salary offered within this range will be based on the selected candidates skills, experience, education, market data, and internal parity. DLH may offer other rewards that may include performance incentives and program-specific awards. An applicant’s salary history will not be used to determine compensation.
